Definition:

A Unique_Entity is a specific example of a Generic_Entity. A Trait specifies the uniqueness of the Unique_Entity from a Generic_Entity. A Trait is defined as some property, quality, point-of- view, or other arbitrary construct which is generally understood to be an attribute of an entity.
